There is no appointment necessary, just bring your computer to us during regular business hours Monday thru Friday 9-6 or Saturday 10-5.

How long does it take?

We have the fastest turnaround time available, usually 2 business days. We have an extensive parts inventory, so we have the most common replacements parts available for your repair. Some more specialized parts have to be special ordered. If our distributor has the parts it's usually next day delivery if we can get the order in by 5pm PST. We also have a rush service available for faster service, or on-site service if that's more convenient for you.

Checklist:

  • If you are bringing a notebook please be sure to bring the power adapter.
  • Bring any software installation CDs you think we may need.
  • If you are bringing a desktop we don't need any cables, the exception being special dual monitor cables.
  • If you are bringing a printer or scanner please be sure to bring the associated power adapter/cables.
  • If you are bringing an external storage device please be sure to bring the associated power adapter/cables.
  • If you have a long list of items that you would like us to check, by all means make a list and bring it in with you.
